These Terms of Service govern your use of remitiq.ai (the "Site"), operated by JM Ventures LLC, doing business as RemitIQ ("RemitIQ," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of the Site

The Site is informational and exists to describe our underpayment recovery service and let you request an audit or schedule a call. Using the Site or submitting the form does not, by itself, create a client relationship or any obligation to perform services.

The actual service

If you engage RemitIQ, the underpayment recovery service is governed by a separate signed service agreement and Business Associate Agreement with you, not by these Site terms. That agreement controls scope, fees, data handling, and every other term of the engagement.

No guarantee of results

Content on the Site, including statistics and estimates, is provided for general information and does not guarantee any specific recovery amount or outcome for your practice.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, and the RemitIQ name and logo are the property of JM Ventures LLC and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemitIQ is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
