This Privacy Policy explains how JM Ventures LLC, doing business as RemitIQ ("RemitIQ," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information through remitiq.ai (the "Site") and through the underpayment recovery service we provide to engaged clients (the "Service").

Information we collect

When you request an audit or contact us through the Site:

Name, work email, phone number (if provided), practice or organization name, role, and specialty (if provided). We use this only to respond to your request, schedule a call, and follow up about your audit.

Automatically, when you visit the Site:

Aggregate, cookie-free traffic and referrer data via Cloudflare Web Analytics. This does not identify you individually and is not linked to any form submission.

If you engage us as a client:

Claims and payer-contract data you provide for underpayment analysis, handled under the protections described below and under the Business Associate Agreement signed before any such data moves.

How claims data is protected

• A Business Associate Agreement is signed before any data changes hands. Nothing moves until it is in place.
• Protected health information is de-identified before your claims are analyzed.
• Data is handled in a secure, access-controlled environment, encrypted in transit and at rest.
• We will never sell your data, and we will never name you as a client without your written permission.

Who we share information with

We use a small number of service providers to operate the Site and respond to inquiries — a customer relationship management system to track and follow up on audit requests, and an email delivery service to send confirmations. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Data retention

We retain contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or provide the Service. Client claims data is retained per the terms of your signed service agreement and applicable record-retention requirements.
